Ingredients

1 can (16 oz) refrigerated pizza dough

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 cup sliced pepperoni

1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

1/4 cup marinara sauce (for dipping)

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese

Fresh basil leaves (for garnish)

Instructions

Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Prepare Dough: Roll out the refrigerated pizza dough on a lightly floured surface to about 1/4 inch thick. Cut into 2 inch squares, creating about 24 pieces.

Fill Bombs: On each square of dough, place a small amount of mozzarella cheese, two slices of pepperoni, and a sprinkle of cheddar cheese. Add a pinch of Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes if using.

Seal the Dough: Fold up the corners of the dough square towards the center and pinch to seal completely, ensuring no filling escapes.

Brush with Oil: Place the dough balls seam side down on the prepared baking sheet. Brush each pizza bomb with olive oil and sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top.

Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown and the cheese is bubbling.

Serve: Remove from the oven and let them cool for a minute. Serve warm with marinara sauce on the side for dipping. Garnish with fresh basil leaves if desired.
