1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or a taco blend)

½ cup sour cream

1 avocado, diced

10 small crunchy taco shells

Cooking oil (for frying taco shells)

Instructions
 

Prepare the Filling:

    - In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef (or turkey) until fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes. Drain any excess fat.
