Ingredients

2 packages (14.3 oz each) Mint Oreo cookies

1 cup heavy whipping cream

1 cup powdered sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup whipped topping (store-bought or homemade)

Fresh mint leaves (for garnish, optional)

Additional Mint Oreo crumbles (for topping, optional)

Instructions

Prepare the Ingredients: Start by gathering all your ingredients. It's best if the cream cheese is at room temperature to blend smoothly.

Make the Cream Cheese Mixture: In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with an electric mixer until creamy. Gradually add in the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until smooth and well combined.

Whip the Heavy Cream: In a separate bowl, beat the heavy whipping cream until soft peaks form. This can take about 3-5 minutes. Gently fold in the whipped topping to the whipped cream until fully combined, being careful to maintain the fluffiness.

Combine Mixtures: Carefully fold the cream cheese mixture into the whipped cream mixture until smooth and blended together.

Layer the Cake: In a 9x13 inch baking dish, start your layering. Place a thin layer of the cream mixture on the bottom. Then, take 12 Mint Oreo cookies and dip them briefly in milk (optional) before layering them on top of the cream.

Repeat the Layers: Spread another layer of the cream mixture over the Oreos, then repeat the process with another layer of dipped Mint Oreos. Continue to layer until you run out of ingredients, finishing with a top layer of cream mixture.

Chill in the Fridge: Cover the cake with plastic wrap and place it in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, but overnight is best for a more cohesive texture.

Serve and Garnish: Once set, cut the cake into square servings. Garnish with fresh mint leaves and sprinkle with additional crushed Mint Oreos if desired.

Enjoy! Serve chilled and enjoy every creamy, minty bite.
