2 cups rotini pasta

1 lb grilled chicken breast, diced

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1 cup cucumber, diced

1/2 cup red onion, finely chopped

1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

1/2 cup ranch dressing

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

Cook the Pasta: In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the rotini pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water to cool it down. Set aside.
