1 cup diced bell peppers (mix of red, green, and yellow)

1 can (15 oz) black beans, rinsed and drained

1 cup corn kernels (fresh or frozen)

1 cup sour cream

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup salsa

12 small taco shells

Fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)

Lime wedges (for serving)

Instructions
 

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

    Cook the Beef: In a large skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef. Cook until browned, about 5 minutes. Drain excess grease.
