8 oz feta cheese, crumbled

4 oz cream cheese, softened

2 tablespoons Greek yogurt

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

1 clove garlic, minced

Salt and pepper, to taste

2 large cucumbers, sliced into rounds

4 slices of crusty bread (like sourdough or ciabatta)

Fresh herbs for garnish (such as dill or parsley)

Red pepper flakes (optional, for kick)

Prepare the Whipped Feta Mixture: In a medium bowl, combine the crumbled feta cheese, softened cream cheese, Greek yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, and minced garlic. Use an electric mixer or a food processor to whip the mixture until it’s smooth and creamy. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

    Toast the Bread: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Place the bread slices on a baking sheet and drizzle with a little olive oil. Toast in the oven for about 8-10 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
