4 cups of fresh watermelon, cubed

1 cup of feta cheese, crumbled

1/4 cup of fresh mint leaves, chopped

3 tablespoons of balsamic glaze

2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil

Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Optional: 1/4 cup of thinly sliced red onion for added flavor

Prepare the Watermelon: Start by rinsing the watermelon. Cut it into bite-sized cubes and place them in a large salad bowl.

    Add Feta and Mint: Sprinkle the crumbled feta cheese over the watermelon cubes. Add the chopped mint leaves on top for a burst of freshness.
