Turkey Tacos with Mango Slaw

1 teaspoon chili powder

1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika

Juice of 1 lime

For the Mango Slaw:

2 cups green cabbage, shredded

1 ripe mango, diced

1/2 red bell pepper, thinly sliced

1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

1 tablespoon honey

2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar

Salt and pepper, to taste

For Assembly:

8 small corn or flour tortillas

Sliced avocado, for topping

Lime wedges, for serving

Prepare the Turkey Filling:

    - In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and sauté until translucent, about 4-5 minutes.

      - Add the minced garlic and cook for an additional minute until fragrant.

        - Stir in the ground turkey, breaking it apart with a spoon. Cook until browned, about 6-7 minutes.

          - Add cumin, chili powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir well to mix the spices evenly.

            - Squeeze the lime juice over the turkey mixture and continue cooking for another 2 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.

              Make the Mango Slaw:

                - In a large bowl, combine the shredded cabbage, diced mango, and sliced red bell pepper.

                  - In a small bowl, whisk together honey, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper until well combined.

                    - Pour the dressing over the slaw mixture and toss gently to coat the ingredients evenly. Stir in the chopped cilantro and set aside.

                      Heat the Tortillas:

                        - In a dry skillet over medium heat, warm the tortillas for about 30 seconds on each side until pliable. Keep them warm in a clean kitchen towel.
