2 ripe avocados, diced

1 large ripe mango, peeled and diced

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1 small red onion, finely chopped

1 red bell pepper, diced

2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

Salt and pepper to taste

Optional: 1 small jalapeño, finely chopped (for a spicy kick)
