Ingredients

1 can (15 oz) chili (no beans recommended)

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

4 large flour tortillas

1 cup sour cream

1 cup diced onions (optional)

1/2 cup diced jalapeños (optional)

1 tablespoon taco seasoning (optional, for added flavor)

1 tablespoon olive oil or cooking spray (for pan).

Instructions

Heat the Chili: In a medium saucepan over low heat, warm the chili until it is heated through. If using, mix in the taco seasoning for extra flavor.

Prepare the Tortillas: In a skillet, add a little olive oil or spray with cooking spray. Warm each tortilla over medium heat for about 30 seconds on each side until soft and pliable. This will help prevent them from tearing when you fill them.

Assemble the Burrito: Lay one warmed tortilla on a flat surface. Spoon about 1/4 cup of heated chili onto the center of the tortilla. Top with a generous amount of shredded cheddar cheese, diced onions, and jalapeños if desired.

Wrap It Up: Fold the sides of the tortilla inward over the filling, then roll the bottom of the tortilla up and over the fillings, tucking the sides in as you go to form a burrito shape. Repeat this for the remaining tortillas and fillings.

Grill the Burritos (optional): For a crispy burrito, heat a skillet over medium heat and place the burrito seam-side down. Grill for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and the cheese has melted.

Serve: Serve immediately with a generous dollop of sour cream on the side, or drizzle some over the top of the burritos.
