Ingredients

4 large tortillas (whole wheat or spinach for a twist)

2 ripe peaches, sliced

1 cup cooked chicken breast, shredded (or tofu for a vegetarian option)

½ cup cream cheese, softened

1 tablespoon honey

1 teaspoon sriracha sauce (adjust based on heat preference)

½ teaspoon chili powder

¼ teaspoon cinnamon

Fresh arugula or spinach for filling

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, honey, sriracha, chili powder, and cinnamon. Mix until well blended. Add salt and pepper to taste. This will be your sweet and spicy spread.

Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spread a generous layer of the sweet and spicy cream cheese mixture evenly across the tortilla, leaving a small border around the edges.

In the center of the tortilla, place a handful of fresh arugula or spinach followed by a layer of sliced peaches and shredded chicken (or tofu).

Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll it tightly from the bottom up to form a wrap. Repeat with remaining tortillas and fillings.

For a warm wrap, you can heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and toast the wraps on each side for about 2-3 minutes until golden brown and slightly crispy.

Slice the wraps in half diagonally and serve immediately. You can garnish with extra peach slices or a drizzle of honey if desired.
