4 large flour tortillas

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup sliced salami

1 cup sliced pepperoni

1 cup sliced smoked turkey

1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded

1/2 cup sliced cucumbers

1/2 cup sliced red bell peppers

1/4 cup honey

2 tbsp sriracha sauce (or more, to taste)

1 cup mixed greens (arugula, spinach, etc.)

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh herbs for garnish (such as basil or cilantro)

Prepare the Spicy Honey: In a small bowl, whisk together the honey and sriracha sauce until well combined. Adjust the heat by adding more sriracha if desired. Set aside.

    Spread the Cream Cheese: Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spread a generous layer of softened cream cheese evenly across the tortilla, leaving about an inch of space at the edges.
