1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and halved

1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/4 cup granola (for topping)

2 tablespoons sliced almonds (for topping)

1 tablespoon chia seeds (for topping)

Fresh strawberries, banana slices, and mint leaves (for garnish)

Instructions
 

Prep the Ingredients: If not using a frozen banana, slice and freeze it for at least 2 hours before preparation. Hull the strawberries and set aside.
