S’mores Bars with Graham Cracker Crust

1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs

½ cup unsalted butter, melted

⅓ cup granulated sugar

1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

1 cup mini marshmallows

½ cup milk chocolate bars, broken into pieces

½ teaspoon vanilla extract

Prepare the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease an 8x8-inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper for easy removal.

    Make the Crust: In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar. Mix until all crumbs are evenly coated with butter. Press this mixture firmly into the bottom of the prepared baking pan to create an even layer.

      Bake the Crust: Bake the crust in the preheated oven for 10 minutes, or until lightly golden and set. Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly.

        Add Chocolate Layer: Evenly sprinkle the semi-sweet chocolate chips over the warm crust. Add the broken pieces of milk chocolate bars on top of the chocolate chips. The warmth will help them start melting into a luscious layer.

          Layer the Marshmallows: Spread the mini marshmallows evenly over the melted chocolate layer. You can adjust the amount based on how gooey you want your bars!
