Ingredients

2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts

4 cups broccoli florets (fresh or frozen)

4 cups fettuccine pasta (uncooked)

3 cups heavy cream

1 cup chicken broth

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon garlic powder

½ teaspoon Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper, to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Extra Parmesan cheese, for serving

Instructions

Prepare the Chicken: Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder. Place them in the bottom of the slow cooker.

Add Liquids: Pour the heavy cream and chicken broth over the seasoned chicken. Sprinkle in Italian seasoning and add the minced garlic.

Set the Cooker: Cover the slow cooker and set it to cook on low for 5-6 hours or high for 2.5-3 hours, until the chicken is cooked through and tender.

Cook the Pasta: About 30 minutes before serving, add the fettuccine pasta directly into the slow cooker. Stir gently to ensure the pasta is submerged in the sauce.

Add Broccoli: Add the broccoli florets to the slow cooker, mixing them in with the chicken and pasta. Cover and cook for another 30 minutes on low, until the pasta is al dente and the broccoli is tender.

Finish the Sauce: Once everything is cooked, remove the chicken and shred it using two forks. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until the sauce is creamy and well combined. Return the shredded chicken to the slow cooker and mix everything thoroughly.

Serve: Ladle the Chicken Alfredo with Broccoli into bowls. Garnish with additional chopped parsley and Parmesan cheese.
