1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1 teaspoon ground cumin

1 teaspoon garlic powder

Salt and pepper, to taste

Juice of 1 lime

Fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)

For the Avocado Lime Sauce:

1 ripe avocado

1/4 cup Greek yogurt or sour cream

Juice of 1 lime

1 clove garlic, minced

Salt, to taste

Water, to thin (if necessary)

For the Tacos:

8 small corn tortillas

Shredded cabbage or lettuce

Diced tomatoes

Sliced radishes (optional)

Lime wedges (for serving)

Instructions
 

Prepare the Avocado Lime Sauce:

    - In a blender or food processor, combine the ripe avocado, Greek yogurt (or sour cream), lime juice, minced garlic, and a sprinkle of salt.

      - Blend until smooth and creamy. If the sauce is too thick, add a little water to reach your desired consistency. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed. Set aside.

        Season the Shrimp:

          - In a bowl, toss the peeled and deveined shrimp with olive oil, smoked paprika, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper, ensuring they are well coated. Squeeze the lime juice over the shrimp for added freshness.

            Cook the Shrimp:

              - Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the seasoned shrimp and cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until they are pink and opaque. Be careful not to overcook them!

                Warm the Tortillas:

                  - Lightly char the corn tortillas in a dry skillet or directly over an open flame for about 30 seconds on each side, until warm and slightly crispy.
