Instructions

Prepare the Avocado Cream: In a blender or food processor, combine the ripe avocado, Greek yogurt, lime juice, minced garlic, and a pinch of salt. Blend until smooth and creamy. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed. Set aside.

Season the Shrimp: In a medium bowl, toss the shrimp with olive oil, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, paprika, lime juice, salt, and pepper until well-coated. Allow to marinate for about 10 minutes for the flavors to meld.

Cook the Shrimp: Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated shrimp to the hot skillet. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until the shrimp are pink and opaque. Remove from heat.

Warm the Tortillas: In the same skillet or on a dry pan, warm the tortillas for about 30 seconds on each side until pliable.

Assemble the Tacos: On each tortilla, layer some shredded red cabbage, followed by a few shrimp, a generous drizzle of avocado cream, and a sprinkle of fresh cilantro.

Serve: Serve the tacos immediately with lime wedges on the side for an extra zesty kick. Enjoy your tasty creation!
