Ingredients

1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 bell pepper (red or yellow), sliced

1 cup broccoli florets

1 cup snap peas

1 carrot, thinly sliced

2 green onions, chopped

3 tablespoons soy sauce

1 tablespoon oyster sauce (optional)

1 teaspoon sesame oil

Salt and pepper, to taste

Cooked rice or noodles, for serving

Sesame seeds, for garnish

Instructions

Prepare the Shrimp: Pat the shrimp dry with paper towels and season lightly with salt and pepper.

Heat the Oil: In a large skillet or wok, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.

Sauté Garlic: Add minced garlic to the pan and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant, but not burnt.

Cook the Shrimp: Add shrimp to the skillet and cook for about 2-3 minutes until they turn pink and opaque. Remove shrimp and set aside.

Stir-Fry Veggies: In the same pan, add bell pepper, broccoli, snap peas, and carrot. Stir-fry for about 4-5 minutes, until veggies are tender-crisp.

Combine: Return the shrimp to the pan, drizzle with soy sauce, oyster sauce (if using), and sesame oil. Toss everything together and cook for an additional 2 minutes to heat through and coat in sauce.

Garnish: Remove from heat and stir in chopped green onions. Serve over cooked rice or noodles, and sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving.
