The dish is traditionally composed of three simple yet high-quality ingredients: ripe tomatoes, fresh mozzarella cheese, and basil leaves. Ingredients

2 ripe peaches, sliced

8 oz fresh mozzarella, sliced

1 cup fresh basil leaves

2 tbsp balsamic glaze

2 tbsp honey

1 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil

Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Instructions

Prepare the Ingredients: Start by washing the peaches and basil leaves. Slice the peaches and mozzarella into even, thick slices, about ½ inch each.

Assemble the Salad: On a large serving platter, alternate layers of sliced peaches and mozzarella. Tuck fresh basil leaves in between the layers for added color and flavor.

Drizzle with Olive Oil: Once the salad is beautifully arranged, drizzle extra-virgin olive oil evenly over the top.

Add Balsamic Glaze & Honey: Drizzle balsamic glaze across the salad in a zigzag manner for a touch of sweetness and acidity. Follow with a light drizzle of honey to enhance the natural flavors of the peaches and mozzarella.

Season to Taste: Sprinkle with salt and freshly ground black pepper to elevate the flavors.

Serve Immediately: For the best taste and presentation, serve the Peach Caprese immediately while the peaches are fresh and juicy.
