1 large head of cauliflower, cut into florets

3 tablespoons olive oil

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon black pepper

½ teaspoon paprika

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Juice of 1 lemon

Instructions
 

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).

    Prepare the Cauliflower: In a large bowl, combine the cauliflower florets with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and paprika. Toss until the cauliflower is evenly coated.

      Add Parmesan: Sprinkle half of the grated Parmesan cheese over the seasoned cauliflower and toss again to mix well.

        Arrange on Baking Sheet: Spread the cauliflower mixture evenly on a large baking sheet lined with parchment paper, ensuring enough space between florets for even roasting.

          Roasting: Roast in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until the cauliflower is golden brown and tender, shaking the pan halfway through to ensure even cooking.
