Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

1 small onion, diced

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1 teaspoon paprika

1 teaspoon dried parsley

1 teaspoon onion powder

4 cups beef broth

12 oz rotini pasta

1 cup ranch dressing

1 1/2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese

1 cup frozen peas (optional)

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Brown the Beef: In a large pot over medium heat, add the ground beef, diced onion, and minced garlic. Cook until the beef is browned and the onions are translucent, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat if necessary.

Season: Sprinkle salt, black pepper, paprika, dried parsley, and onion powder over the beef mixture. Stir to combine and cook for another minute to let the spices bloom.

Add Broth and Pasta: Pour in the beef broth and bring to a boil. Once boiling, add the rotini pasta. Stir well and reduce the heat to medium-low.

Simmer: Cover the pot and let the pasta cook for about 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the pasta is al dente and most of the liquid is absorbed.

Mix in Ranch and Cheese: Once the pasta is cooked, remove the pot from heat. Stir in the ranch dressing and shredded cheddar cheese until everything is well combined and the cheese is melted. If using peas, fold them in at this stage.

Serve: Dish out the creamy beef and cheddar ranch pasta into bowls. Sprinkle fresh parsley on top for a pop of color and freshness.

Enjoy: Serve hot and enjoy your comforting, one-pot meal that's packed with flavor!
