Ingredients

2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced

1 cup heavy whipping cream

1 cup Greek yogurt (vanilla or plain)

1/2 cup confectioners' sugar

1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

1 cup graham cracker crumbs

1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

1/2 cup strawberry jam

Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions

Prepare the crust: In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Mix until the crumbs are evenly moistened. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of an 8-inch square or round dish to form a crust. Set aside.

Make the filling: In a large mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream with an electric mixer until soft peaks form. Gradually add in the confectioners' sugar and vanilla extract, continuing to whip until stiff peaks form.

Fold in yogurt: Gently fold the Greek yogurt into the whipped cream mixture until well combined and smooth. This creates a light and fluffy filling.

Layer the ingredients: Spread half of the yogurt mixture over the prepared crust. Then layer half of the sliced strawberries on top of the whipped yogurt layer.

Repeat the layers: Spread the remaining yogurt mixture over the strawberries, followed by the rest of the sliced strawberries. Drizzle the strawberry jam over the top and use a knife or toothpick to gently swirl it through the strawberries and yogurt, creating a marbled effect.

Chill the dessert: Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to allow it to set properly.

Serve: Once chilled, cut into squares or wedges. Garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired, then serve and enjoy the delightful flavors of summer!
