Ingredients

1 cup graham cracker crumbs

1/4 cup granulated sugar

1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

1 cup chocolate chips (semi-sweet or milk chocolate)

1 cup mini marshmallows

1/4 cup heavy cream

1/4 cup mini chocolate chips (for garnish)

Additional mini marshmallows (for topping)

Instructions

Prepare the Crust:

    - In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and granulated sugar.

      - Pour in the melted butter and mix until the crumbs are evenly coated and resemble wet sand.

        Form the Cups:

          - Line a muffin tin with cupcake liners. Press the graham cracker mixture firmly into the bottom and sides of each liner to form a cup shape. Ensure they are compact.

            - Place the muffin tin in the refrigerator for about 15-20 minutes to firm up.

              Make the Chocolate Ganache:

                - In a small saucepan over low heat, combine the chocolate chips and heavy cream. Stir continuously until the chocolate is completely melted and smooth.

                  - Remove from heat and let it cool for about 5 minutes.

                    Assembly:

                      - Take the chilled graham cracker cups from the refrigerator. Spoon a layer of the chocolate ganache evenly into each cup, filling them about halfway.

                        - Top the chocolate layer with a generous handful of mini marshmallows.

                          Broil the Marshmallows:

                            - Preheat your broiler on high. Place the muffin tin with the cups under the broiler for about 1-2 minutes, or until the marshmallows turn golden brown and slightly toasted. Keep a close eye to prevent burning!

                              - Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes.

                                Final Touches:

                                  - Drizzle any leftover ganache (if you have) over the toasted marshmallows. Sprinkle with mini chocolate chips for added texture and decoration.

                                    - Allow the s’mores cups to cool completely in the fridge for at least another 30 minutes before serving.

                                      Serve and Enjoy:

                                        - Carefully peel the cupcake liners from the s’mores cups and serve chilled or at room temperature!
