Mini Turkey & Avocado Breakfast Sliders

Perfect for a family breakfast or brunch gathering, these sliders combine ground turkey with creamy avocado and fresh spinach for a satisfying, nutritious meal. Ingredients
  

1 pound ground turkey

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

Salt and pepper, to taste

8 slider buns

1 avocado, mashed

4 slices of cheddar cheese

4 slices of cooked bacon, crumbled

1 cup fresh spinach

Optional: hot sauce or sriracha for serving

Instructions
 

In a mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined, being careful not to overwork the meat.

    Preheat a non-stick skillet or grill pan over medium heat. Form the turkey mixture into small patties, about the size of the slider buns.

      Cook the turkey patties for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C). In the last minute of cooking, place a slice of cheddar cheese on each patty and cover the pan to melt the cheese.

        While the patties are cooking, lightly toast the slider buns in a separate skillet or in the oven until they are golden brown.

          Assemble the sliders by spreading a generous amount of mashed avocado on the bottom half of each slider bun.

            Place the turkey patties with melted cheese on top of the avocado. Then, add a sprinkle of crumbled bacon and a handful of fresh spinach to each slider.

              Optionally, drizzle with hot sauce or sriracha for an extra kick before topping with the top half of the slider buns.

                Serve immediately while warm, and enjoy your delicious mini turkey & avocado breakfast sliders!
