1 package of store-bought flatbread (or naan)

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/4 cup crumbled bacon (cooked to crispy)

2-3 fresh jalapeños, thinly sliced (seeds removed for less heat)

1/4 cup green onions, chopped

1 tablespoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

Olive oil for brushing

Optional: cilantro for garnish

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

    Prepare the Cheese Mixture: In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sharp cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and cooked bacon. Mix until well blended. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

      Prepare the Flatbreads: Place the flatbreads on a baking sheet. If you'd like, lightly brush them with olive oil for an extra crisp with a little flavor.

        Spread the Mixture: Evenly spread the creamy cheese mixture over each flatbread, leaving a small border around the edges.

          Add Jalapeños and Green Onions: Distribute the jalapeño slices over the cheese mixture and sprinkle chopped green onions on top for added freshness.

            Bake: Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 12-15 minutes or until the edges of the flatbreads are golden and the cheese is bubbly and slightly browned.
