Ingredients
  

2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded

4 large whole wheat tortillas

1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped

1/2 cup Caesar dressing (store-bought or homemade)

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/4 cup croutons, crushed

Salt and pepper, to taste

Optional: fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, chopped romaine lettuce, and crushed croutons.

    Drizzle the Caesar dressing over the chicken mixture and toss gently until everything is evenly coated. Add salt and pepper to taste.

      Lay the whole wheat tortillas flat on a clean surface.

        Spoon an equal portion of the chicken Caesar mixture onto the center of each tortilla, leaving some space at the edges to fold.

          Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the chicken mixture for an extra burst of flavor.

            Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll it up tightly from the bottom to the top, like a burrito.

              If desired, slice each wrap in half diagonally and secure with a toothpick. Garnish with fresh parsley if using.
