2 medium zucchinis

1 cup cooked shredded chicken (rotisserie works great)

1/3 cup Buffalo sauce (adjust to taste)

1/4 cup cream cheese, softened

1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/4 cup ranch dressing (plus more for drizzling)

2 tablespoons chopped green onions

Salt and pepper to taste

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

    Prepare the Zucchinis: Wash the zucchinis and slice them in half lengthwise. Using a spoon, scoop out the centers to create boats. Leave about 1/4 inch of the flesh intact to avoid tearing.

      Season the Zucchinis: Gently brush the zucchini boats with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Place them on a baking sheet, cut side up.

        Make the Filling: In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, Buffalo sauce, cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, ranch dressing, and chopped green onions. Mix until everything is well incorporated.
