1 pound carrots, peeled and cut into fry shapes

2 tablespoons olive oil

3 tablespoons pure maple syrup

1 teaspoon garlic powder

½ teaspoon smoked paprika

½ teaspoon salt

¼ teaspoon black pepper

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.

Prepare the Carrots: In a large mixing bowl, toss the cut carrots with olive oil, ensuring they are evenly coated.

Add Flavor: Sprinkle the garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper over the carrots. Pour in the maple syrup and toss everything together until the carrot fries are well coated.

Spread on Baking Sheet: Arrange the carrot fries in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet, ensuring they have enough space to cook evenly.

Bake: Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping the carrot fries halfway through. They should become tender and caramelized.

Garnish and Serve: Once done, remove the carrot fries from the oven and let them cool for a couple of minutes. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving.

Enjoy: Serve your delectable Maple Glazed Carrot Fries warm as a delicious side dish or a healthy snack!
