2 cans (5 oz each) of wild-caught tuna, drained

1 medium ripe avocado, diced

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

½ cup cucumber, diced

¼ cup red onion, finely chopped

1 small jalapeño, minced (optional for heat)

¼ cup fresh cilantro, chopped

Juice of 2 limes

2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

Salt and black pepper, to taste

4 cups mixed greens (spinach, arugula, romaine)

½ cup black beans, rinsed and drained (optional)

½ cup corn (fresh or canned) (optional)

Instructions
 

Prepare the Tuna: In a mixing bowl, combine the drained tuna with lime juice, olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Gently fold in the cilantro, cherry tomatoes, avocado, cucumber, red onion, and minced jalapeño if using. Ensure all ingredients are well mixed but not mashed.
