2 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup almond flour

1 large egg

2 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp Italian seasoning

1/2 tsp salt

1/4 tsp black pepper

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Preheat your oven: Begin by preheating your oven to 425°F (220°C) and lining a baking sheet with parchment paper.

    Melt the cheese: In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the shredded mozzarella cheese and cream cheese. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until melted and smooth (this usually takes about 1-2 minutes).

      Mix dry ingredients: In a separate bowl, mix together the almond flour, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper until well blended.

        Combine ingredients: Add the dry mixture to the melted cheese mixture. Then, crack in the egg and mix until a dough forms. You can use your hands to get everything well combined, but be careful as the mixture may be hot.

          Shape the breadsticks: Once the dough is cool enough to handle, transfer it to the parchment-lined baking sheet. Flatten the dough into an even rectangle about 1/2 inch thick, then cut it into sticks using a pizza cutter or knife, making sure not to cut all the way through.
