1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1/4 cup mayonnaise

1 tablespoon red wine vinegar

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1 teaspoon garlic powder

Salt and black pepper to taste

Fresh basil leaves for garnish

Crusty bread or mini sub rolls for serving (optional)
