Ingredients

4 cups of water

2 tablespoons dried culinary lavender

4 ripe peaches, sliced

4 tablespoons honey (or more to taste)

4 black or green tea bags (your preference)

1 lemon, juiced

Fresh mint leaves for garnish

Ice cubes

Instructions

Boil Water: In a medium saucepan, bring 4 cups of water to a boil over medium-high heat.

Infuse Lavender: Once boiling, remove the saucepan from the heat and add the dried lavender. Allow it to steep for 10 minutes, then strain the lavender out using a fine sieve or cheesecloth.

Prepare Tea Base: Add the tea bags to the lavender infusion and let them steep for an additional 5-7 minutes, depending on your desired strength.

Sweeten & Cool: Stir in honey while the mixture is warm, ensuring it dissolves completely. Afterward, remove the tea bags and let the mixture cool to room temperature.

Blend Peaches: In a blender, combine sliced peaches and lemon juice. Blend until smooth. If desired, strain the peach puree through a fine sieve to remove the pulp for a smoother texture.

Combine Mixtures: Once the tea has cooled, mix in the peach puree. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.

Chill: Pour the lavender peach tea mixture into a pitcher and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to chill thoroughly.

Serve: When ready to serve, fill glasses with ice cubes, pour the chilled lavender peach tea over the ice, and garnish with fresh mint leaves.
