Ingredients

4 slices of rustic bread (such as ciabatta or sourdough)

2 ripe peaches, halved and pitted

2 tablespoons olive oil

Salt and black pepper, to taste

8 ounces fresh burrata cheese

1 tablespoon balsamic glaze

Fresh basil leaves, for garnish

Optional: honey for drizzling

Instructions

Preheat the Grill: Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. If using a grill pan, heat it over medium heat on the stove.

Prepare the Peaches: Brush the cut side of the peach halves with olive oil and sprinkle lightly with salt and black pepper.

Grill the Peaches: Place the peach halves cut side down on the grill. Grill for about 3-4 minutes until you see nice grill marks and the peaches are tender. Flip and grill the other side for an additional 2-3 minutes. Remove from the grill and let them cool slightly.

Grill the Bread: While the peaches are cooling, brush the slices of rustic bread with olive oil. Place the bread slices on the grill and toast for about 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.

Assemble the Toast: On each slice of grilled bread, place a generous amount of burrata cheese. Top with a grilled peach half (or two slices if you prefer).

Drizzle and Garnish: Drizzle balsamic glaze over the top. For extra sweetness, add a drizzle of honey. Finish with fresh basil leaves for a pop of color and flavor.

Serve Immediately: Serve your Grilled Peach Burrata Toast warm and enjoy the delightful combination of flavors!
