4 ears of fresh corn, husked

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1 medium cucumber, diced

1/2 red onion, finely chopped

1 cup crumbled feta cheese

1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped

1/4 cup olive oil

2 tablespoons red wine vinegar

1 teaspoon honey

Prepare the Corn: Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Place the husked corn directly on the grill grates. Grill for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally until the corn is evenly charred. Once done, remove from heat and let it cool slightly.

    Cut the Corn: Once cooled, carefully slice the corn kernels off the cobs into a large mixing bowl.
