2 medium zucchinis, spiralized into zoodles

2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 cup homemade or store-bought basil pesto

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1 cup fresh spinach leaves

1/2 cup mozzarella balls (bocconcini)

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh basil leaves for garnish

Pine nuts for topping (optional)

Marinate the Chicken: In a bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Add the chicken breasts, ensuring they are evenly coated. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes.
