2 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon paprika

Salt and pepper, to taste

4 large whole wheat tortillas

2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

½ cup Caesar dressing

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Fresh parsley, for garnish (optional)

Marinate the Chicken: In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Rub the mixture all over the chicken breasts and let them marinate for at least 30 minutes or up to 2 hours in the refrigerator for more flavor.

    Grill the Chicken: Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Once hot, place the marinated chicken breasts on the grill and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C). Remove from grill and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
