2 large chicken breasts

1 tablespoon olive oil

Salt and pepper to taste

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon paprika

4 large whole wheat tortillas

2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

½ cup Caesar dressing (store-bought or homemade)

Optional: cherry tomatoes, halved, for garnish

Marinate the Chicken: In a bowl, combine olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Add chicken breasts and coat evenly. Let them marinate for at least 30 minutes (or up to 2 hours in the refrigerator for enhanced flavor).

    Preheat Grill: Heat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Ensure it's well-prepared for the chicken to avoid sticking.

      Grill Chicken: Remove the chicken from the marinade and place on the grill. Cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C). Remove from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes.
