2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded or chopped

1 cup Greek yogurt (plain, preferably non-fat or low-fat)

1/4 cup mayonnaise (optional for added creaminess)

1/2 cup cucumber, finely diced

1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped

1/4 cup Kalamata olives, pitted and sliced

1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled

1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped (or 1 teaspoon dried dill)

1 tablespoon lemon juice (freshly squeezed)

1 teaspoon garlic powder

Salt and pepper to taste

1 tablespoon olive oil (optional for added richness)

Instructions
 

In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded or chopped cooked chicken and Greek yogurt. If you're using mayonnaise, add it at this point for extra creaminess.
