1 cup all-purpose flour

1 tablespoon baking powder

1 teaspoon salt

1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

1/2 cup pickled jalapeños, diced (adjust to taste)

1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

1/4 cup granulated sugar

2 large eggs

1 cup buttermilk

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

12 small slider buns

Sliced cheddar cheese (for melting)

Optional: fresh cilantro for garnish

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners or grease it well.

    Mix Dry Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, salt, garlic powder, black pepper, and shredded cheddar cheese until combined.

      Prep Wet Ingredients: In another bowl, whisk the melted butter, granulated sugar, eggs, and buttermilk until smooth.

        Combine Mixtures: Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients, stirring until just combined. Gently fold in the diced pickled jalapeños, being careful not to overmix.
