Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

4 cloves garlic, minced

1/2 tsp onion powder

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp salt

1/2 tsp black pepper

1 can (16 oz) refrigerated pizza dough

1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

1 tsp Italian seasoning

Marinara sauce, for dipping (optional)

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.

Prepare the Filling: In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, parsley, minced garlic, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until thoroughly combined and set aside.

Roll Out the Dough: Open the can of refrigerated pizza dough and roll it out on a clean, floured surface to about 1/4 inch thick. Cut the dough into squares, approximately 3x3 inches each.

Assemble the Bombs: Take one square of dough and place about 2 tablespoons of the beef mixture in the center. Gently fold the corners of the dough over the filling, pinching the edges to seal completely. Make sure no filling escapes. Repeat with the remaining dough and filling.

Prepare the Garlic Butter: In a small bowl, mix the melted butter with Italian seasoning and a pinch of salt.

Coat the Bombs: Place the assembled cheeseburger bombs on the prepared baking sheet. Brush the tops generously with the garlic butter mixture using a pastry brush.

Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the bombs are golden brown and the filling inside is cooked through.

Serve: Once out of the oven, let them cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy them with warm marinara sauce for dipping if desired!
