Ingredients

1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, diced

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper, to taste

1 cup pizza sauce

1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese

1 cup mixed fresh fruit (e.g., strawberries, blueberries, kiwi, and banana)

¼ cup cream cheese, softened

2 tbsp honey or maple syrup

Fresh mint leaves for garnish

Instructions

Prepare the Chicken: In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced chicken, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cook until the chicken is golden and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes.

Add the Sauce: Lower the heat and pour the pizza sauce over the cooked chicken. Stir well to combine and let simmer for about 3-4 minutes until heated through.

Cheesy Topping: Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the chicken and sauce mixture. Cover the skillet with a lid and allow the cheese to melt for about 2-3 minutes.

Prepare the Fruit Topping: While the cheese is melting, in a small bowl, mix the softened cream cheese with honey or maple syrup until smooth and well combined.

Assembly: Once the cheese has melted, remove the skillet from heat. Top the cheesy chicken mixture with the fresh mixed fruit, and drizzle the cream cheese mixture over everything.

Garnish and Serve: Finish with a sprinkle of fresh mint leaves for a burst of flavor and color. Serve warm directly from the skillet, allowing everyone to dig in and enjoy!
