Ingredients

2 cups Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)

1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk

1/4 cup cocoa powder

1/4 cup strong brewed coffee (cooled)

1/4 cup maple syrup (or to taste)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/4 teaspoon sea salt

1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional, for added texture)

1/4 cup crushed walnuts or almonds (optional, for topping)

Instructions

Prepare the Coffee Mixture: In a small bowl, combine the cocoa powder, brewed coffee, maple syrup, and a pinch of sea salt. Whisk until smooth and well incorporated. Set aside.

Mix the Yogurt Base: In a separate large bowl, blend the Greek yogurt and sweetened condensed milk using a spatula or whisk until creamy and smooth. Add the vanilla extract and mix until combined.

Create Swirls: Pour half of the yogurt mixture into an 8x8-inch baking dish or a similar-sized container. Drizzle half of the coffee mixture over it. Use a knife or toothpick to gently swirl the two mixtures together, creating a marbled effect.

Layer and Swirl Again: Repeat with the remaining yogurt mixture and coffee mixture, swirling again for an attractive pattern. If desired, scatter chocolate chips and crushed nuts on top.

Freeze: Cover the baking dish with plastic wrap or a lid. Freeze for at least 4 hours, or overnight if possible, until firm.

Slice and Serve: Once frozen, remove the baking dish from the freezer and let it sit at room temperature for about 10 minutes for easier slicing. Cut into squares or slices and serve immediately. Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer.
