Ingredients

1 cup plain Greek yogurt (or your favorite dairy-free yogurt)

2 tablespoons cocoa powder

2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (adjust to taste)

1 tablespoon instant coffee granules

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/4 teaspoon sea salt

1 cup granola (your choice, preferably with nuts and seeds)

1/2 cup dark chocolate chips or dairy-free chocolate chips (optional, for drizzling)

Instructions

Prepare the Yogurt Mixture: In a medium bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, cocoa powder, honey (or maple syrup), instant coffee granules, vanilla extract, and sea salt. Mix well until the ingredients are smooth and fully incorporated.

Incorporate Granola: Fold in the granola gently into the chocolate-yogurt mixture, ensuring each piece is coated well without breaking it apart.

Form Clusters: Using a tablespoon or a small ice cream scoop, drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet. Try to shape them into small clusters for easier freezing and serving.

Freeze: Place the baking sheet in the freezer and let the yogurt clusters freeze for at least 3-4 hours or until firm.

Optional Chocolate Drizzle: If you're adding the chocolate drizzle, melt the dark chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 20-second intervals, stirring until smooth. Once the clusters are fully frozen, remove them from the freezer and drizzle the melted chocolate over the top of each cluster. Return to the freezer for another 30 minutes to set the chocolate.

Serve: Once the clusters are fully frozen, remove them from the baking sheet and store them in an airtight container in the freezer. Serve straight from the freezer for a delicious treat!
