1 cup plain Greek yogurt (or flavored yogurt of your choice)

1/2 cup dried cranberries, roughly chopped

1/2 cup unsalted pistachios, shelled and coarsely chopped

2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (optional, to taste)

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

A pinch of salt

Optional toppings: shredded coconut, dark chocolate drizzle, or a sprinkle of cinnamon

Instructions
 

Prepare a baking sheet: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat. This will prevent the clusters from sticking.

    Mix your base: In a medium bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup (if using), vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Stir well until the mixture is smooth and fully combined.

      Add mix-ins: Gently fold in the chopped dried cranberries and pistachios into the yogurt mixture until they are evenly distributed.

        Form the clusters: Using a teaspoon or a small cookie scoop, drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about an inch apart. You can shape them into little clusters for a more artisanal look.
