Ingredients

2 cups plain Greek yogurt

1 cup unsweetened applesauce

1/2 cup fresh or frozen cranberries (thawed if frozen)

1/4 cup honey or maple syrup (adjust for sweetness)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1/4 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)

A pinch of salt

Popsicle molds and sticks

Instructions

In a medium mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, applesauce, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, lemon juice, cinnamon (if using), and a pinch of salt. Mix well until smooth and creamy.

Gently fold in the cranberries, making sure they are evenly distributed throughout the yogurt mixture.

Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top of each mold, as the mixture may expand while freezing.

Insert the popsicle sticks into the molds, ensuring that they stay upright and centered.

Place the popsicles in the freezer and let them freeze for at least 4-6 hours, or until solid.

To release the popsicles, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds. Gently pull on the sticks to remove the popsicles.

Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to two weeks.
