2 cups Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)

1 cup coconut cream (canned or carton)

1/2 cup honey or maple syrup (adjust to taste)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 1/2 cups mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1/4 cup shredded coconut (unsweetened)

Pinch of salt

Instructions
 

Prepare the Berry Swirl:

    - In a small bowl, combine the mixed berries, lemon juice, and a tablespoon of honey or maple syrup. Use a fork or a spoon to gently mash the berries, creating a slightly chunky sauce. Set aside.

      Make the Yogurt Base:

        - In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, coconut cream, remaining honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Add a pinch of salt, and whisk until well combined and creamy.

          Layer the Mixture:
