Ingredients

1 cup fresh or frozen raspberries

1 cup plain Greek yogurt (or any non-dairy yogurt for a vegan alternative)

2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (adjust based on sweetness preference)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

A pinch of salt

Instructions

Prepare the Berries: If using fresh raspberries, rinse them gently under cold water and pat them dry with a paper towel. If using frozen raspberries, let them thaw slightly and drain any excess liquid.

Blend the Mixture: In a medium-sized bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Stir until well mixed and smooth.

Incorporate Raspberries: Carefully fold the raspberries into the yogurt mixture. You want to keep some whole while breaking a few down to create a beautiful marbled effect.

Spoon the Drops: Line a baking sheet or a flat tray with parchment paper. Using a small spoon or a piping bag, drop heaping teaspoons of the yogurt and raspberry mixture onto the parchment, making little mounds.

Freeze: Place the baking sheet in the freezer and let the yogurt drops freeze for at least 2-3 hours, or until completely firm.

Store and Serve: Once frozen, remove the drops from the parchment paper and transfer them to an airtight container. Store in the freezer for up to 2 weeks. Serve as a refreshing snack straight from the freezer!
