Ingredients

2 cups Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)

1/2 cup creamy peanut butter

1/4 cup honey or maple syrup (to taste)

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 cup mini chocolate chips

1/2 cup crushed peanut butter cups (or mini peanut butter cups)

A pinch of sea salt (optional)

Instructions

Prepare the Yogurt Mix: In a large mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, creamy peanut butter, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract. Mix well until smooth and creamy.

Spread the Mixture: Line a baking sheet (about 9x13 inches) with parchment paper. Pour the yogurt mixture onto the lined baking sheet and spread it evenly to about 1/2 inch thick using a spatula.

Add Toppings: Sprinkle the mini chocolate chips and crushed peanut butter cups evenly over the yogurt layer. If desired, add a pinch of sea salt to enhance the flavors.

Freeze the Bark: Place the baking sheet in the freezer for at least 4-5 hours, or until the yogurt bark is completely frozen and firm.

Break Into Pieces: Once frozen, remove the bark from the freezer. Lift it out of the baking sheet using the parchment paper, and break it into pieces of your desired size.

Serve and Enjoy: Serve the frozen peanut butter cup yogurt bark immediately, or store it in an airtight container in the freezer for up to a month. Enjoy this delicious, guilt-free treat at any time!
