Ingredients

2 cups Greek yogurt (plain or flavored)

1 cup mixed fresh fruits (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, kiwi, etc.)

2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (optional, for sweetness)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)

1/4 cup granola (optional, for topping)

Instructions

Prepare the Fruit: Wash all fresh fruits thoroughly. If using larger fruits like strawberries or kiwi, chop them into bite-sized pieces. Set aside.

Mix the Yogurt: In a medium mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup (if using), and vanilla extract. Stir well until the mixture is smooth and evenly blended. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.

Layer the Cups: Take paper or silicone cupcake liners and place them in a muffin tin for stability. Spoon a layer of the yogurt mixture into each cup, filling them about halfway.

Add the Fruit: Distribute the chopped fruits evenly on top of the yogurt layer in each cup. Press them down gently to help them stay in place once frozen.

Top with Yogurt: Spoon the remaining yogurt mixture over the fruit layers, filling each cup to the top.

Optional Topping: If desired, sprinkle granola on top of each cup for added crunch and texture.

Freeze: Place the muffin tin in the freezer and freeze for at least 4-6 hours, or until the yogurt cups are solid.

Serve: To remove the frozen cups from the liners, gently pull away the paper or silicone. Serve immediately as a refreshing treat, or store them in an airtight container in the freezer for later enjoyment.
