Ingredients

2 cups plain Greek yogurt (full-fat or low-fat)

1/4 cup honey or maple syrup (adjust sweetness to taste)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup mixed berries (fresh or frozen; blueberries, raspberries, strawberries)

1/4 cup granola or crushed nuts (optional, for texture)

Silicone ice cube trays or mini muffin molds

Instructions

Prepare the Yogurt Base: In a medium bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract. Whisk until smooth and well blended. Taste the mixture and adjust sweetness if necessary.

Add the Berries: Gently fold in the mixed berries, making sure to distribute them evenly throughout the yogurt mixture. If using frozen berries, make sure they are slightly thawed and drained to avoid excess liquid.

Fill the Molds: Spoon the yogurt and berry mixture into silicone ice cube trays or mini muffin molds, filling each cavity almost to the top. If desired, sprinkle a little granola or crushed nuts on the top for added crunch.

Freeze: Place the filled molds in the freezer and let them freeze for at least 3-4 hours, or until completely solid.

Serve: Once frozen, remove the yogurt bombs from the molds. If they are difficult to remove, run the underside of the mold under warm water for a few seconds to loosen them.

Enjoy: Serve the Berry Blast Frozen Greek Yogurt Bombs right away as a refreshing snack or dessert! Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer for later enjoyment.
